Rotala Indica is a popular stem plant and is excellent for beginners because it adapts to most water conditions. The more light and food provided, the redder the leaves will become, and in conditions of sufficient food and high light levels Rotala indica will take on a beautiful red to the newer leaves of the growing stem. Round leaves grow horizontally on the tall stems and can create a beautiful effect when grown in thick bushes making it a suitable background plant.

Hitchhiker Warning
We recommend cleaning all plants before adding them to your tank. We regularly perform quality checks prior to shipping plants. However, we cannot guarantee our plants to be snail or hitchhiker-free. If you do not want to risk snails, please consider rinsing plants, conducting a bleach dip, or quarantining plants prior to adding them in your aquarium. Snails are a natural part of working with live plants.
