Collection: Marginal Pond Plants

We are actively working behind the scenes to get our pond plant section up and running. While we don't have them currently listed on site we have a stunning selection of hardy and tropical lilies, lotus, hardy and tropical marginal plants, surface, and oxygenating plants. Email us for more information. info@wetplants.com

Marginal Pond Plants are found around the edges or margins of ponds. Typically, they thrive in shallow water up to 6 inches deep. These types of plants do well when their roots and the crown of the plant are submerged underwater. Marginal pond plants can tolerate being dry, but anything for more than a week is not ideal and can kill them. It's best to keep their roots and crowns moist during low water levels/periods of drought.
