It came in a big clump whith snails and I cant get it to grow
Wet Plants never disappoints. I highly recommend buying the potted version. I bought the bunch the first time and the blades are so small when they have no roots its very hard to keep them from floating around and getting ****** up by the filter. If you buy the non potted versions make sure they are put in a low flow area and not in a tank with Clown Loaches or Plecos, if you do they won't stand a chance, lol!!!! All the ones I received were very healthy. Kevin
Healthy plants and quick turn around. I highly recommend this company and will share their info on the Facebook aquarium pages I follow.
The bunch plants on my order were a bit shorter than expected, but everything else met expectations as far as the plants themselves are concerned. I placed this order on 9/22/20. The confirmation indicated that it would take 3-5 business days to process my order and another 2-3 days for shipping. On 9/29 my order still showed as pending, and I tried to reach out via the "chat" feature on the website which indicated they would contact me back in about three hours to ask why it was taking so long to process my order. I never really heard anything outside of an email late that afternoon indicating my order had been shipped. I actually received the order on 10/1/20. While this was within the expected window, I think that processing should not take so long, and I should have heard something back rather than what appeared to be a standard "your item has shipped" email.
Really impressed. The grass is doing well after 3 weeks. What a nice way to have grass in a bare bottom tank.
