Malaysian Driftwood

Size

Malaysian driftwood is one of the most common types of wood added to aquariums. This versatile material creates a stunning natural environment that is great for both fish and plants. It has so many uses and can be easily wrapped with moss, planted with a java fern or even better an anubias.

Driftwood can leech tannins. This may cause a slight yellow or brown tint to your water. This is natural and the effects will reduce over time.  Boiling the wood prior to use can decrease the tannins leeching.

I recommend this product
Great store for aquarium plants and aquascaping material

I ordered plants and Malaysian Driftwood for use in aquascaping a small aquarium. Everything worked out as I wanted it to and I now have 25 zebra danio fry born and growing in the tank. Perfect. The plants and driftwaood provide shelter and hiding places for the danios. Shipping was awesome and I received what I ordered.

Beautiful but...

The pieces sent to me 2- medium 1-large are beautifully marked bu 2 of them lacked shape. They were flat and took bottom space not vertical like I wished the did.
