Terrible shipping

My fairy moss was rancid when it arrived. I ordered a mystery pack and 5 other plants for a total of 10 that were shipped with a single ice pack. ONE ICE PACK in the middle of July. When they arrived the ice pack was completely melted and my plants were rotting. Out of 10 I could only save the water hyacinth. I won't ever purchase from this site again. Was not worth my money whatsoever.

Waste of money

It arrived in a miniscule container, just a few disconnected leaves and vegetable matter. There was no plant and in the last several days it has all totally vanished in my water garden. Forget it.
