Terrible shipping

My fairy moss was rancid when it arrived. I ordered a mystery pack and 5 other plants for a total of 10 that were shipped with a single ice pack. ONE ICE PACK in the middle of July. When they arrived the ice pack was completely melted and my plants were rotting. Out of 10 I could only save the water hyacinth. I won't ever purchase from this site again. Was not worth my money whatsoever.

Not to happy with water Lilly but maybe my expectations were unreal

Ordered 3 Hyacinths which were and remain good. However, for the price I paid for water Lilly I expected more than one small leaf. For 10 bucks more I could have had a local mature plant rather than one short stem with small leaf which is dying Let’s see what happens as I’ll leave alone for now. BTW all water quality tests are fabulous. In south Florida.
